Welcome! My name is Tiarah and I am the owner and photographer behind Whimsical Snapshots Photography. I am passionate about photography and feel honored to be blessed with the ability to capture your precious memories! I attended California State University, Channel Islands and obtained my B.A in Studio Art with an Emphasis in Time Based Media in 2016. I dabbled in everything from traditional-2D animation, digital illustration, graphic design, web design, and photography. I thoroughly enjoy being behind the lens, and it is where I feel most at peace.
I am a very cheery individual who thrives off of the whimsical aspect of life. I love the rich, vibrant colors life has to offer and am a sucker for natural light. When you choose me as your photographer, you are choosing someone who truly takes capturing your moments seriously. It is a blessing that I am forever passionate about. I always want to instill confidence during sessions; nothing is forced and I promote being your true, authentic self!
When I am not behind the lens, you can find me running around theme parks, relaxing on the beach with a good book, spending time with my family, or exploring the world around me with my fiance. I am a lover of the beach, golden hour, smiles, and nerdy things (Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel, Star Wars, Game of Thrones…just to name a few!)
